Modern & Cozy Studio w/ Backyard Near City Center

Well equipped, cute backyard, amazing supportive behavior by the owners. Contact was frequent.

For us (I want to highlight this, because each people has different needs) it was a little far away from the center, from the beach and the bus stop as well. It was a safe neighborhood though.

This is perfect for a certain type of person. Quiet, residential neighborhood, but even in 95 F could walk to upscale restaurants, sushi, very good Leb/Syrian takeout, Theater museum. I'm sure in spring and fall, the 20+ minute walk to the shore is very pleasant and worthwhile without suffocating. Not really doable in the summer heat, so you need a car, but if you're staying here you already have one. Also a great place if you need to get some work done, solid wifi. It's a place to relax and catch up on Netflix and Prime if you want to stay in after a long day. The pictures tell the story, you can see for yourself. Easy check-in.

Nothing. This is not a negative, just beware: if you're in town to go clubbing every night, this is probably not the place for you. Also, there's a microwave and hotplate, but not the best place for cooking big meals; hey, if you're on holiday, why bother? Go to a great Limassol restaurant and put the leftovers in the fridge and heat them the next day. Even the "negatives" are positive!

Clear instruction from the owner about entering the apartment. Cosy place with a small garden. Sea is approx 30 min away, bars/restaurants approx 15-20 min away
