We had so many dislikes with the apartment, we tried to like it and not be disappointed but it was not possible after one week when the electricity went out at 9am and was not provided back until 6pm (we then moved out and we don’t know if the electricity ever came back). While asking our money back for the 3 nights we couldn’t stay at this apartment, host has been led us wait for 2 weeks while i have been reminding the payment to him all the time. Now he has said that he made the 3 night payment without the Booking commission, but I am not okay with that because we had to pay the commission. However, I have not received any amount and hopefully Booking.com Customer service will help me with this case. PS! The host still has false info about the pool in his accommodation page! Here’s more what was not ok: 1. Humidity and mold smell in the first couple of days. Only heating option was a small heater in each room. 2. Pool was empty, host said that it was emptied couple of days ago because of the rain and storm, but this is not very believeble as we know that in Spain there is a rule to have a lifeguard at every pool. Host said that we can use the other pool, but if we wanted to know more about the access, it took 4-5 days for him to finally say that this is also empty. He is lying in his booking that the pool is open all year round. We booked this apartment because it was stated that it’s open. 3. We found molded coffee in the microwave, also found molded and damp towels in the washing machine which we washed and dried ourselves. 4. Towels in the bathrooms and sheets, which should be clean, smelled like damp also. 5. Spiderwebs in the apartment, a sign that it is not cleaned correctly. 6. There was only one trashbag in the apartment and if we ran out, we kindly asked host to bring more. He said he will do it at the same day, after 2 days he left one 1 bag only which clearly wasn’t enough. 7. Found weed in kitchen cabinet.

Fantastic stay at this apartment. The owner was extremely accommodating with any requests and quick to respond. * Over looking the pool was lovely. * Location was great as there was a regular bus service into Puerto Banus, San Pedro, and La Cañada or you can use the taxi service Bolt. * Walking distance, close to Mercadona supermarket and two local restaurants, ideal.

Big apartment with big shady terrace, good location and a nice condo. Good communication with the host.

Some of the furniture needs an update (sofa had a big sinking hole when sitting on it, making it uncomfortable to use). The kettle in the kitchen was not the classic type, only warming the water, not boiling it, the pots and pans were overused. No soap, shampoo, and the towels were a bit smelly and old.

The location is perfest and the surroundings are great.

There are several things that need to be repaired/fixed. The one circuit breaker didn't work, the light bulb in the bathroom needs to be replaced, etc.
