Beautiful Condo at the Springs By Cool Properties

Great location

Vents in bath overhead very dirty. Garage door would not open. It took many trys to open. It shut fine. Remote didn't work.

Location (was close to family) Clean Easy to check in. Manager was so super kind and took our call when we were not sure what garage to park in. Loved our stay, would rent unit again.

*Big stadium lights from the park behind the unit shined in the bedroom windows until very late at night. Its Not the owners fault (but, future guests may appreciate some curtains to block the bright light) Our stay was great!

Checking in was a breeze! The beds were very comfortable. The condo was near a dog park and my son who we were visiting.

I’m very sensitive to smells, and the bathrooms had a smell from the shower curtains remaining wet and not drying properly. The kitchen is dated and the cabinets were dirty. It would also be wise to clean the sink traps or bleach them.

The needs were amazing, so comfortable, not like hotel beds that are hard and hurt your back. They take pride in there condo. The place is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. It’s the best home away from home.

The property was great, clean, comfortable and easy to find. We loved having a garage because we were just passing through and the car was packed so having a garage added extra security.

The only thing I would suggest would be to get black out curtains for the bedrooms because of the street lights.

It is very clean and comfortable. The host Mark is great to work with. Communication is very good!

Traveling from Bryce heading to the Grand Canyon, it was a good stopping point. Loved having a washer and dryer Beds were very comfortable! Efficient and easy instructions on how to access the condo.
