Beautiful Condo at the Springs By Cool Properties

The location was perfect for us.

The main bathroom drained very slowly.

Quiet property

Listed as having 1 twin and 1 queen in a room. The twin was a cot which we had to find in a closet. Not enough room in that bedroom so it was pushed into the living room. Cot had stains and chunks of something on it. Actual debris. Comforter had stains and so did the quilted blanket. Master bathroom had mildew on the bottom of the shower curtain and dirty baseboards. No instructions for how to operate lights or fans. Main light in master was burnt out, remote for the lights in the other room didn't have a battery. All the lights on the fans in all 3 rooms are connected so no room could be singularly without light making it close to impossible to sleep if any other person was awake. No lights on the numbers on the front of the building so it was difficult to locate the first night arriving after sundown. Would not recommend since there are multiple other properties in the neighborhood for rent and the selling point was 3 beds as listed, not 2 beds and a nasty cot.

There is a dog park across the street from the bedroom windows, which was impossibly noisy starting at 4:30 am

The location and cleanliness.. love the home feeling!

The pool was pretty dirty.

I love how clean, quiet, and surrounded by golf courses. It was a beautiful place to stay in and share my 45th birthday with family and friends.
