De locatie van het appartement was prima.

De bedden vielen ons tegen. Het bed in ee slaapkamer was erg krap en oncomfortabel. De slaapbank in de woonkamer was doorgezakt (kuil in het midden) en ook erg oncomfortabel. De keuken was nogal basis. Op zich ok, maar niet 'ruim uitgerust' zoals vermeld. De douchekop in de badkamer was stuk.

We picked the location because of the distance to Düsseldorf Messe, which was about 25 minutes by car, great! As a group of 4, the apartment is enough. The bathroom was spacious and clean, the bath was a bonus. The bedroom was small but bed was enough for two people. Parking situation in the city is also horrible, closest park house was always full and the next one is 10 minutes by walk, however that was something that was stated in the ad (no parking) so that's just a fair warning. The host was great and helped us whenever we needed!

Overall the apartment was not super super clean. The foldable bed in living room wasn't very comfy, the mattress there had yellow stains and we had to put bedsheets and pillow/blanket covers on on our own, despite the host knowing there will be 4 people coming. The oven in kitchen was not working, which sucked because we had bought food to be made in oven. It had microwave with grill mode, however that did not cook the food as good. No coffee/tea available. Overall not so bad stay, however you have to consider several things upon booking such as parking, extra bed not being comfy etc..

Location was good and check in was smooth and easy.Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but was ok for a few days.Bedroom bed was fine for my daughter.It was perfect for our requirement’s

It was clean & just like the pictures. Everything that is mentioned is there (also a washing machine). Checking in and out was easy, findings a parking spot was too.

-Since I traveled with my friend, the bed situation was a bit sad. One room has a normal sized bed and the other had 2 small one’s, but it was not very comfortable with those 2 put together. A simple matras topper could’ve fixed this. -The accommodation has no extra’s (you can take this literally): there are no basics like coffee, tea, etc. So for a quick trip it’s a tiny bit of an extra effort, but other than that still very good. I guess it’s more like a family long-stay accommodation.

I found the contact person to be a bit passive aggressive and rather unfriendly with their message to text my name and booking code and not to use the Booking.com app. The double bed was rather narrow, and there was no sheet for the sofa bed. The contact person did turn up though in the night to sort it out, so that was a plus. The towels were tiny. The sofa cushions smelled of sweaty feet. During the night, the fire alarm on the outside hallway went off, twice, between 0400 and 0500hr. I sent a text to the contact person about it the following day, but 4 days later I have had no reply, which I find really rude and ignorant. To me, that is the biggest problem with the place, the lack of a response, which is why I giving this place a rather iffy review.
