Residenza Simona

The location was up a very steep hill (mostly avoidable through an alternate route provided by the hosts), but that's the price you pay for such spectacular views! Plenty of parking available. Everything was sparkling clean and modern. We had a minor miscommunication with where the keys were located, and the host was quick to answer his phone and help us out. The kitchen was very well-equipped for cooking meals -- we really could not have asked for more.

Gorgeous property, amazing view to the lake, big and spacious, good communication with the host and quick response from him.

The view was absolutely stunning. The glass floor was such a nice and fun touch. I loved the property!

I didn’t dislike anything, just beware of it being up the hill and you need to follow their instructions to arrive correctly!

No shade or comfortable seating outside or on balcony. Air con downstairs wasn’t working.

Everything was perfect

Very spacious light and modern apartment with stunning views of Lake Como. Extremely well equipped for self catering.

Although close to shops and restaurants, it is a steep 15 minute walk back to the house. The roads to the apartment are steep and narrow. We had a low car that would grind the underside on some corners particularly if there were cars to get around. Definitely would have been better to have had an suv or 4x4.

The view was PRICELESS!!! We spent hours just looking at Lake Como! Very close tot he Strat Wars filming location-Villa Balbianello. It was clean and comfortable, well-equipped.

There were a few things that needed some attention - the light over the stove was broken. The directions were hard to follow because they were translated from Italian into English. After driving around for 45 minutes, we figured out that we were supposed to go to a parking lot first, and then put in the location of the home so that the directions were oriented from that location. VERY steep roads coming and going to and from the home.

The view, the interior and all the equipment are the best. The owner gives enough reliable information about the arrival. The green way, which runs nearby, should not be missed.From Menaggio to Lake Lugano, there is a beautiful cycling route for trekking bikes.
