Family Lake Apartment by Rent All Como

- l’emplacement très bien situé à 5 min à pied d’une excellente pizzeria / d’une supérette - vue sur le lac - à 15 min à pied des embarcadères pour aller visiter les autres villages - la réactivité de l’hôte - les différents cadeaux à l’intérieur ( cafés éponge , dosette lave vaisselle )

- la route bruyante juste à côté à de la chambre

Spacious, bright gorgeous apartment with spectacular views of the lake. Bonus was the garden area which had access to to lake. Kitchen was well equipped and coffee, tea, oil , balsamic etc all provided. Bakery 2 mins walk away was excellent for fresh croissants in a morning. So peaceful and near a bus stop or 15 mins walking to Lenno or Tremezzo. If you want a stay a little away from the hustle ideal, minimarket and bar for food and drink within 2 mins walk. Excellent information on how to get to property and gain access were given.

Great location, just by the lake

Difficile de trouver meilleur emplacement! Vue imprenable du grand salon sur le lac en face de la villa Balbanielo, petit jardin sur l’eau … cuisine très bien équipée , la navette à côté pour visiter les autres villages du lac

Le côté un peu vieillot de la déco , le bruit de la route au-dessus, la toute petite chambre des enfants sans vue

The view and the location was great

It does need a little bit of attention, we stay two nights would’ve liked to have more towels than just one set for two nights, but was given upon request. With great response from the host.

The location and the views were absolutely spectacular, and the little bar/shop/restaurant was fantastic

Extraordinarily beautiful place directly by the lake. Very clean and spacious apartment. Very responsive and helpful host. Motorboat rental (without the license) just outside the apartment. Perfect conditions for a trekking/hiking activity (in a sport manner). Good availability of a parking place.

The access to the lake from the garden is not ideal - few steep stairs, then small slippery bridge and a small, steep ladder. Not ideal walking options for a family with a young child (6 yo) and a dog - narrow streets where you sometimes need to walk due to lack of a walking path. Dangerous traffic. Very limited publicly available green areas for the dog. Would not recommend the area to a family with a stroller or to a person with disability. Also - not perfect shopping options if you don't want to use the car a lot.

This was the dream house for us. - It is very close to the bus station - It is close to both Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlota (where it's the boat stop, too) - It had all the facilities: heat, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine - The living room is huge - The garden is amazing for staying out with the kids (in a closed space :)) - The team is very friendly and they answer very fast to the messages - And the view is just made in heaven, breathtaking

That we didn't stay longer :)
