The property was central to all the facilities in Midhurst

- Location: 5 min walk to town centre. Tesco, boots pharmacy, shops, cafe and restaurants on the same street. - Parking: there are spots right outside for free. Just hope you get it. - Fireplace inside flat. Very rare to see a functioning on inside a flat. - Spacious flat. It doesnt feel cramped and it has a good layout. - Good sized kitchen with all the amenities required to cook. - The bed is massive and very comfortable. - Bottle of wine on counter as welcome present. The intention is there but if one of your guests doesn't drink or is an alcoholic, the gift won't work. I would focus on a personalized welcome note and a free bag of logs. - Good views all around.

- The host needs a crash course in customer service. When we asked about the £250 deposit she answered: 'if you had read the terms and conditions'. Unbelievable. We hadn't even checked in yet ! - There is a £55 cleaning fee yet once you arrive there is a long to do list on the chores/clean up to do before check out. We were furious. For example: you are requested to empty the ash from the fireplace and leave it clean for the next person but it wasn't emptied for us when we arrived! - It says there are streaming service. Incorrect. There is a TV which you can log onto if you have your own account (Netflix etc.). - Cleanliness: Really disappointing. Toilet had skid marks, stained carpets, cushions really needed a clean, bath matt dirty, cocking around bath rotting, dusty all around etc. - The hallway leading up to the flat has stained/rotting carpet. - No logs provided. So obliged to use DIY shop which charges £10 per bag. - Thin walls. We could hear the neighbours and im sure they heard us ! - Temperamental hot and cold water in the shower/bath. - Asked for a £250 deposit which is a first and we travel regularly.

Cosy flat with very nice decor...

Good location, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Huge comfortable bed in bedroom one, smaller but still double bed in second room untested. Good kitchen, great to cook in. Potentially a lovely haven.

There were some entry issues and the place was so dirty we had to leave but I believe this was an unlucky one off as the place has excellent reviews to date and so long as the entry and cleaning return to their apparently usual high standard then this is really a lovely place. The bathroom is ok but is in need of renovation and be warned that the entry and common areas are horrific.

A really nice, well-equipped and very clean apartment … We had a great mini-break here (me, partner + dog). Laura is an amazing hostess and so everything ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location and beautiful flat. Has everything you would need for your stay and more. Rooms are more generous than photos. Beds are very comfortable and the dog loved it too!
