Beside the Bay

The place was lovely and had a great location

The bed was very uncomfortable and could have done with a foot stool for the sofa the only thing I could fall rest was fine

Great location right on the front, parking right outside property. Cosy small flat but well laid out, had everything you need for a holiday break. Our dog millie an airdale loved the close location to the beach. Flat was very clean & tidy with easy access to property.

Needes a small clothes rack in bedroom (on wall ) as there is a lack of storage for clothes. There are hooks in the hall, but if your hanging up wet jackets these would be no use .

It was home from home. The view overlooked the beach and the weather was fabulous all the time we were there. Jen (owner) was fantastic & kept us updated throughout. Lovely welcome package wasn’t expecting & very clean

My husband and I usually share a super king bed as we are plus size but we shared a double. It wasn’t my preference but was cosy & took me back to our cuddly days

Location ideal. Comfortable bed. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable, I have mobility difficulties, stools probably were high, due to that.

Quaint; good location. Quiet with access to Kanes Bay - great for the dog. View fantastic except when vans, cars parked right in front of window.

lack / quality of towels - given you pay extra for them. Was there five days and no change of towels . Thin too. Shower wouldn’t stay in place : temperature kept going from boiling to cold.

The flat is situated in a prime location with an excellent view of the beach and bay. It is well fitted out and spotlessly clean.

We had a lovely stay over Christmas, decorations were put up for our arrival and there was a welcome hamper. Flat was very clean and tidy and instructions were provided for everything. Location was superb, and overall an excellent trip.

The weather, can't do too much about that though, 😂
