Perfekte Lage: nur wenige Schritte ins Zentrum und trotzdem angenehm ruhig.

Das Appartement war sehr eng, insbesondere das Schlafzimmer. Auch die Klimaanlage war ungünstig platziert: Im Wohnbereich war es kalt, während es im Schlafbereich warm blieb.

The property was located in the city center and close to the old town. The property was clean and we had everything we needed.

The stairs were very small and slippery. You have to be super careful when carrying your luggage up and down.

The little kitchen made it easy to prepare our own food and the washing machine was so helpful. We also loved the bottle of red wine our host left for us!

Every well located apartment Monopoly it is compact, but user friendly l with everything you need, very clean and tidy with nice balcony opening Bedroom is up on a mezzanine and getting up in the night needs careful attention on stairs in case of fall/slip

Stairs…… please be aware if you are in the upper apartment the stairs up are steep not at all suitable for everyone, especially when manoeuvring suitcases at same time!

Hervorrage Lage, sehr zentral gelegen. Es hat wirklich alles was es braucht. Auch die Küche ist komplett ausgerüstet. Ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage. Man kann alles zu Fuss machen und ist auch sehr schnell in der Altstadt und am Meer.

Steile Treppe in die 1. Etage ist mit Gepäck etwas mühsam. Auch innerhalb der Wohnung hat es nochmals eine steile Treppe in den Schlafbereich. Das sollte unseres Erachtens im Inserat erwähnt werden. Das ist wichtig für ältere Leute oder solche mit Einschränkungen. Auch sollte das Reinigungspersonal die Fensteräden schliessen damit die Nachmittagssonne das Apartment nicht so aufheizt und man bei Ankunft gleich Schweissausbrüche hat. Bis die Klimaanlage wirkt braucht es ziemlich Zeit.

Struttura pulitissima, bella e accogliente, ottima per il nostro breve soggiorno. Posizione centrale per raggiungere il centro storico e il mare. Personale gentilissimo
