This place was perfect for us as a couple with a small child. Great price, great location, great facilities, and really easy to work with the staff.

Didn't meet the hosts but they were communicative on WhatsApp so no problem.

Very nice and clean apartment in a good location. Hostess was easy to get in touch with and informed us with restaurant recommendations.

Quite steep stairs up to and within apartment. Wouldve liked clean towels every couple of days however, there was a W/M. A small complaint was the apartment had no post box, it was my wife's birthday and I arranged for a card to be sent which she never received.

It was quiet despite being on a busy street.

We had asked for the other flat but we’re given the smaller ground floor apartment. We had requested the apartment with the sofa. As we had booked a 2 week stay we wanted to be comfortable. There was only one easy chair and the kitchen had a flap down table and 2 very uncomfortable high metal stools . Only one set of bedding and towels was provided for our 2 week stay. The hostess Antonella did arrange for a camping table and 2 folding chairs to be delivered on day 3 which we ate at in the bedroom. We managed to launder our towels in the upstairs washing machine. We were told that extra towels and linen could be supplied for 10 euros. We often rent apartments abroad and have always been supplied with enough sheets and towels for the duration of our stay. There were no English language programmes available on the tv, not even bbc news.

We loved Monopoli and I feel like we could not have found a better spot to stay in then here. It was not only such a great base to explore Puglia region but was walking distance to everything you wanted to see in monopoli. It was easy finding free parking nearby (white lines). From the moment we walked in to the apartment we were pleasantly suprised. We also received a welcome bottle of wine. Definitely would stay here again.

Super clean apartment. Everything needed was included. Perfect location in the centre. Quiet surroundings, no noise. Liked the availability of booking a private parking space.

Lovely apartment just outside the centre of Monopoli, ideal walking distance from the old town, local beaches and the train station. The apartment really was a home away from home. It was immaculate and had great facilities. Kitchen was well equipped and there is a smart TV with Netflix and a washing machine you can use on the third floor which came in great use after all our beach days. Antonella was great. Very informative and gave us recommendations for food in the local area. We tried a few that we loved. Bottle of wine left was also a lovely touch.
