Agréable séjour près de toutes le commodités. Tommaso, nous a bien accueilli.

Leiligheten var ren og soverommene hadde gode senger. Det var sentralt til det meste og vi hadde en fin uke her. Vi hadde god kommunikasjon med husvert som kom og møtte oss.

Top location at a quite street very close to the main square, the old town and a beach. The walk to beach takes 7 min along beautiful streets and is very enjoyable. Grocery store with everything you need and more is 3 min away (it is at the main square - but beware that it is open in the morning and then from 5pm in the afternooon), there are other grocery stores, too. There are plenty of restaurants (we mostly recommend King street food) around. You can park your car for free at the street within the zones with white lines, and the blue zones are paid. We could always park without problems in less than 200 -300 meters from the house (but our stay was in October - out of main season). Monopoli is a perfect base for one-day trips around Apulia. For us it was important to stay in a bigger town (for eveming walks to the downtown, to have restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shopping and swimming in the close visinity), and at the coast. The apartment itself is on the 2nd and the 3rd floors which we liked very much (we did not want to stay in a ground floor accommodation) due to wonderful view, the apartment is very spacious: high ceilings; living room with kitchen and balcony, bathrom (with a washing machine, but we did not use it) and main bedroom at the 2rd floor of the building, and the 2nd bedroom at the 3th floor, next to it is the roof terrace. The apartment is just as on the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped - dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, sandwich maker, ... The hosts were very kind, they let us check in 2 hours earlier. We felt safe in this apartment and would recommend it for a comfortable stay for a family (or a group) of four.

Only some minor issues like lower water pressure than that we used to at home. The floor is tiled so slippers are a must. The main bed is lower than we have at home - but otherwise comfortable. The illumination in the main bedroom is dim - but we would prefer to have it brighter.

Lady was waiting for us with the keys, got all information from her, was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is beautiful and clean, a little hard to go upstairs inside the flat, but there are stairs outside too. It has a rooftop terrace with great view to the city, we watched the sunrise there. We loved staying here, would totally recommend. Sometimes it was a bit hard to get a parking spot, but we found one every time, so this was okay too.

This apartment was so good that we extended our staying. We loved the location which is on a quiet street but close to beach, old city, restaurants, cafes, etc. It’s spacious, light and airy with a very well equipped kitchen, rooftop terrace and comfortable beds. The hosts are very responsive and gave us useful information about local restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and more.

Very comfortable apartment and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood gets very quiet at night for a good nights sleep. The kitchen had what we needed to cook easy meals. A fifteen minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Centro Storico. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. Apartment is on 3rd floor, no elevator. Friendly and helpful owner met us at check in and showed us around. There is a lovely rooftop terrace for guest use. Monopoli is an interesting place in its own right with Bari and Polignano a Mare being easy day trips by train. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it..
