Gallery Flat

I loved everything about Gallery Flat, Jeanette welcomed me and my dog Pedro. The setting is beautiful with lots of art and crafts, created not only by Jeanette but also by others too. If felt like I was living in a museum/art gallery, and it was wonderful. Just living in the environment made me become more inspired to continue to create my own art. Loved every moment of my stay and my dog had 2 special places he went straight to after our wanderings. Newburgh is a lovely town too.

The only thing that I didn't like was that i had to leave and continue with my travels.

Jeanette ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und kümmert sich bei Bedarf um alles! Die Ferienwohnung ist zauberhaft eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man braucht. Der Stellplatz für ein Auto ist direkt vor dem Haus. Der Ort Newburgh ist angenehm klein und liegt direkt am Fluss Tay (wunderschöner Park am Ufer). Es gibt dort eine Brauerei, die Ruine einer Abtei und eine kleine Weberei zu bewundern. Und der Ort ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den vielen weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend!

The gallery flat is a rather unique property. Full of character and charm, with a beautiful and spacious bathroom. The main part of the old Chapel is the living room, and has a vast ceiling - very light and airy. The decor is beautiful, much of it made by the property owner, Jeanette - who is a friendly and understanding host - on hand if you need anything, but giving plenty space. A beautiful park is nearby - which my dog and I both loved. You are assured of a peaceful night's sleep, I never heard a sound at night. The whole place has a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Full of history. Throughly recommended.

I wish I could have stayed a month.
