Maria was very helpful, welcoming me and handing over the keys to my studio the moment I arrived, thanks Maria! The studios are only about 50 meters from the local organized beach, which is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by a few taverns and snack bars just a few steps away. The island is easier to explore with some form of transportation, and Maria's son rents scooters right next to the studios, so finding a vehicle whenever you need one is never a problem. Every morning I enjoyed the gorgeous view from my balcony, overlooking the sea and Telendos Island, with nothing but the sound of the birds and the waves. Overall, my stay was very pleasant and exactly what I was hoping for.

Mostly a minor nitpick, but at least in my studio (#3) the Wi-Fi connection was quite unstable and kept disconnecting throughout the day. It wasn't an issue for me since I always have alternative Internet options available, but installing a Wi-Fi extender or improving the signal could make a big difference for guests who rely on the property's Wi-Fi during their stay.

Posizione fuori dalla confusione del paese ma comodissima per raggiungerlo a piedi. Perfetto punto di partenza per gli spostamenti sull’isola. Bar ristorante e spiaggia subito sotto la struttura, eccellenti.

L’acqua dei rubinetti/doccia è salata, consiglio di acquistare le taniche di acqua potabile al supermercato.

Ottima la posizione (arrivando da Pothia ti permette di evitare di fare tutto il giro per il senso unico istituito nella zona durante la stagione estiva). Noi essendo in 3 (famiglia) ci è stato dato un appartamento molto spazioso (con ben 5 letti) e un bellissimo terrazzino dal quale si vedeva il mare.

Fabulous location and view. Loved spending time on Melitsachas beach- never crowded, with glorious water and a great beach taverna. The room was typical Greek studio, spotlessly clean and the owners could not do enough to make sure you were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Location was beautiful , the view was amazing from the balcony. Beds were ok.

The folding toilet door on our room was weird. It doesn’t offer privacy to anyone, neither sight or sound. Would be better if it was a normal door!
