格安です

今まで何度も利用させてもらってましたが今回だけは最悪でした 初めて4階の部屋になったんですが信じられないくらい隣の住人がうるさいです 隣の部屋はホテルとして貸し出してる部屋ではなくおそらくこのアパートの住人だと思います 朝昼晩関係なく叫んだり歌ったり全部聞こえてきます この部屋以外の時は全く問題なく快適に過ごせます

"バス停が目の前で宮崎空港や宮崎駅からアクセス良し"

南詰バス停が目の前にあり空港、イオンモール(一ツ葉イオンモール北口）、宮崎駅、宮交シティ等に乗り換えなしで行けます。冷凍庫付き冷蔵庫や洗濯機があって便利でした。カギが暗証番号式で安心。困った事があるとすぐにLINEで対応してくださり助かりました。

古いマンションをリフォームしてあるのでシャワーの温度調節が難しい。窓ガラスが薄いので結構 道路の音が聞こえます。
