We loved our short family stay at Vailtin Home Point in a family room with terrace. Great relaxing surrounds with beautiful gardens and a cool pool, and affordable breakfasts, dinner and drinks. Super clean and spacious rooms with three big beds and air con. They even had games at the bar for the kids and a pool table. It was just a short way from Panagasama Beach, which we could access with the resort Tuk Tuk driven by Joy, who was always ready with a smile and local advice. It’s about 200 Pesos in a tuktuk down to get a massage or access other eateries. A great place to unwind in Moalboal, and we wished we could stay longer.

The only thing we didn’t like was that there is a bit of noise coming from the room above ours the last night (bass or stomping or something), which was a bit annoying late at night when we had to be up early to fly out the next day. But that’s not Vailtin’s fault. Otherwise, it was a most pleasant stay.

Amazing and helpful staff

A green garden. Exactly what I look for when travelling in Asia. Like an oasis in middle of urban messy environment. Walkable distance to the pub street. Clean rooms. Welcoming and helpful staff. (Sweet!) Seems like newly built clean nice pool. Good food. Compliments to the cook! I would give much higher score, but I really hated beds :(

But BED is the hardest bed in Asia. Like sleeping on a concrete floor! hotel owners could create much better experience for their guests than this! And these neighbours roosters singing all days and nights are bit annoying. Use earplugs :)

The staff is absolutely amazing, the kindest person ever and very helpful. A special Thank you for Mike, Joy and Elnie you guys are the best
