Excepcional. Massimo e Valeria foron uns anfitrións excepcionais, serviciais, atentos, pendentes de nós, sempre dispostos a axudar. O apartamento era amplio, limpísimo, con todo o necesario para ter unha estancia confortable e cómoda. O almorzo foi abundante e variado, e servido con moito agarimo e detalle. Superou as nosas expectativas.

It was a super nice experience, exceeded the expectations. The rooms were super clean and tidy, host was super welcoming. Breakfast was diverse and served with a great care. The only thing is that internet was not working inside of the room, that was the only thing that was not expected, all the rest far beyond the expectations.

Our stay here was faultless! The hosts were exceptional and the breakfast was amazing! We stayed for a little over a week, the location for activities around Nicolosi was so good, the Piazza is a short 1min walk! The room was incredibly clean and the beds were high quality and comfortable. We are so glad we decided on this apartment. If you are looking to stay in the area, do yourself a favour and lock in this accommodation. You won't be disappointed.

Everything. Beautiful place, Cleanliness, with Air conditioning, the owners are very sweet. I asked for extra towels and they provided immediately with no questions. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Misleading listing, extra charges, and no breakfast provided We booked a 2-bedroom accommodation through Booking.com, and the listing clearly stated a "double room", which we understood to mean two bedrooms—as shown in the photos and description. Upon arrival, the owner claimed that “double room” referred only to a double bed, not two bedrooms. He blamed Booking.com for the confusion, even though the listing was clearly misleading. To resolve the issue, he charged us an extra €100 to move us to a room that actually matched what we had originally booked—even though we were only staying one night out of the two we had booked. Additionally, although breakfast was included, we were told we wouldn’t get any because we were leaving before 8am. We would have gladly accepted a simple panina or croissant to take with us, but nothing was offered. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Would not recommend.
