GBWe had the most wonderful stay at La Torretta. Our hosts, Marina and Vittorio, were absolutely wonderful and have personally checked us in as well as have provided a number of excellent recommendations. They have even booked us a dinner at one of the restaurants they have highly recommended. Staying with them was one of the most heart warming and welcoming experiences. The place itself is a separate studio at the top of their house which is very beautiful. The view from the terrace is so wonderful and it was a perfect spot for the breakfast & aperitivo. La Torretta is 5 minutes walk to the beach which is very convenient. Mondello itself is great with a lovely beach, lots of places to eat ranging from the street food to the highly rated restaurants. It is also only 20 minutes drive away from historical centre of Palermo. All in all most wonderful stay - we would love to come back! A big sincere thank you to Marina and Vittorio for being such wonderful hosts!

CAThe host is professional and ready to receive her clients on site. She offered us something to drink and gave us insight about the local restaurants. The property is gorgeous and very close to the nicest part of Mondello Beach. If you are looking for an authentic Sicilian villa with gracious hosts, this is the place to stay. The excellent reviews are well-earned and accurate.

LTThe apartment is comfortable and has a roof terrace where you can spend the evening. The apartment is in a very good location just 200-300 m from the sea. There is parking which is important if you rent a car. The owners are very caring and lovely.

USUSWe stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment with a garden view was perfect—peaceful, private, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Marina and Victorio were incredibly warm and welcoming. They greeted us with Granita Limone and biscuits on arrival and took the time to show us around and make sure we felt at home right away. The location was ideal—just two blocks from the beautiful beach of Mondello, and within a 5 to 30-minute walk from all the best cafes and restaurants in the area. The setting was tranquil yet close to everything, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing honeymoon. Highly recommend!
There wasn’t anything we truly disliked, but just a small note—literally! The shower was quite compact, which might be a bit tight for some. It didn’t take away from the overall experience, though, as everything else about the apartment and our stay more than made up for it.
AUWe were so lucky to find La Torretta! We fell in love with this accommodation, the hosts Marina and Vittorio, and Mondello! It was in the best location, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The views from the terrace were spectacular. Marina and Vittorio were fantastic hosts. They gave us excellent advice and help with restaurants and ensured we were settling in our accommodation each day. We were sad to leave but will be recommending anyone wanting to visit Mondello to stay here.
