"Beautiful apartment"

A beautiful and thoughtfully equipped apartment for shorter or longer stays, in the historical centre, but very quiet (we are used to city noise and really weren't bothered by the handful of people passing the alley during the night). The mattress was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious with plenty of hot water.

The pillows were very flat, poor sound insulation to the next door apartment (we also heard the other guests snore). Communication with the hosts could have been better - the automatic notifications we received via booking.com (which we didn't realise were automated) did not match with the instructions given by the host via WhatsApp, leading to some confusion on check-in and check-out.

"Nice small two-rooms apartment in the Old town ideal for a short stay to visite Monopoly and the region."

Location in the Old town, quiet, separate double room, comfortable beds, small useful kitchen.

Some installations in the bathroom need to be fixed for a long time: toilet lid, container for shower soap, no proper hooks for towels, toilet paper holder, etc. Customer care was minimum.

Beautifully decorated and presented and very easy to walk to all amenities and the sea. The staff and owner were exceptional in their service, welcoming me and attending to any need’s immediately. I was even met off my bus by car as my suitcase had broken!! It was amazing to have a kettle and coffee maker in the kitchen and some fresh treats included like milk in the fridge and water.

It was very noisy due to its central location and echos from the street activity

The location was perfect, the apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Check in and out were easy. It was in a quiet area, which was nice for sleeping and relaxing. We would definitely stay again!
