Dans l'heure qui a suivi le checking nous avons signalé que nous n'avions que de l'eau froide et un bruit de machine incessant dans notre chambre. L'hôte a minimisé le problème et cela n'a pas pu être réparé pendant notre séjour (je pense que c'est le ballon d'eau chaude qui a lâché). Comme le jacuzzi n'avait pas était alimenté en eau avant notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter (ni la baignoire à remous). Pour couper le bruit il fallait couper l'électricité, donc pas de climatisation. L'hôte n'a pas voulu nous rencontrer au départ pour un arrangement amiable, la procédure de réclamation a était très compliquée (l'hôte indiquant ne pas pouvoir accéder aux éléments transmis). Il y avait un nid de guêpes sur la terrasse. De plus, les escaliers du logement étaient très pentus et même dangereux. la chambre dans la cuisine n'était pas complètement isolée avec l'autre chambre (ouverture entre les 2 pièces sans séparation).

Located in historical centre, in a quiet street. Many restaurants, shops, caffeterias nearby as well as sea. Terrace with jacuzzi was very nice. Host Giullia was super-helpful and prompt to answer with any request. We had a pleasant stay in the house (2 adults and 3 kids)

The location was very central to everything. The unit had plenty of space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room and a roof top terrace

Steep steps to the roof top terrace so be careful going up and down . Not suitable for older people or if you are a bit unstable.

The shower in the main bathroom was filled with mould, I had to call management to get a cleaner out. The shower hadn't been detail cleaned properly in a long time due to the amount of mould that had built up. The cleaner cleaned the mould off the tiles well but the shower rail cord was still filled with mould. The steps leading up to the apartment were very uneven, we always walked very cautiously. We were scared we would twist an ankle. The steps up to the rooftop were also very steep & we are young & fit. The rooftop could do with some maintenance. Screws & decking boards have lifted & twisted as wood does. Again we had to walk cautiously & I made sure the kids had shoes on. I was worried they'd cut their feet. The shower in the main bathroom must have a leak as the wall behind the shower that backs onto a bedroom. That bedroom wall behind the shower is damp, full of mould & the paint is flaking off the wall due to the leak. Not to mention sleeping in a room filed with mould spores. I was a bit disappointed in the abrupt tone that management took when we were trying to organise a mutual time that suited us to have the cleaner come back.

Could have been better equipped with wineglasses etc. Towels could be changed during a 6 day stay. Aircondition not working ( but We did not need it) very difficult waste system. Be aware that whats app is used in communication with host when in Italy.

Location was great.

Specifically booked this accommodation due to it having air con. Air conditioner in the main part of the apartment was broken which made it Impossible to sleep for 3/5 guests whilst staying there for 4 nights. Requested additional fan at bare minimum and request was ignored. Very little communication to update us on the progress of fixing the aircon. Requested partial reimbursement for our stay and again have had no update on this.

Central in the right neibourhood. Espresso brewer with coffee. Terasse on the roof High level of technical equipment (but non working)

Two AC but both broke down. One fixed during the stay. No hot water. Lots of narrow stair indoor and up to the apartment

The location was absolutely fantastic and the view from the terrace stunning 🤩. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t mind the stairs, but it might be a problem for elderly people. The terrace itself was a great advantage and it looks much better than on the photos. We definitely recommend the apartment.
