Beautiful, spacious property in the heart of Monopoli. So much room and a beautiful roof terrace to listen to Monopoli at night with a glass of wine.

No problem for us but there are 57 steep stairs to get to your apartment- if you have luggage it’s hard ! But worth it ! Not recommended for elderly / unfit.

We stayed for 4 nights in apartment 3 last week. It was a really good choice. Right in the centre of Piazza Garibaldi, with a good selection of bars and restaurants all around. Communication with the owner was good and he suggested areas that we could find free parking. The apartment is a great size and then there is a lovely private area of the roof terrace above each of the 4 apartments. The kitchen area is well equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Loads of storage space. As mentioned previously, be aware that to reach the 4th floor, there are a lot of steep stairs. Maybe not best suited to anyone who is not fit enough to climb the stairs, especially carrying luggage.

If felt that the pillows and bed linen could be improved.

Fabulous spacious and clean apartment. Helpful host and wonderful terrace. If we return to monopoli one day, we will stay again.

The steps up to the apartment were a bit scary 😆 but part of the charm as long as your in flat shoes.

Right on the main square of the old town with a beautiful rooftop patio to enjoy. Gianni was very helpful and responsive to help us navigate the town and surrounding area.

The Main Street can get a little noisy some nights and note that there are stairs up to the suites.

Perfectly located. Apartment ideal lots of space and best sleep so far we’ve had in Italy. The communication from Gianni was superb with complete instructions on how find the unit and check in. Roof top terrace was an added bonus and availability of washing machine was handy. Absolutely recommend this to anyone staying in Monopoli.

Stairs have been mentioned by others and will be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Not a problem for us though.

Great location, spacious apartment, kitchen with all the amenities, good communication with a friendly owner, cleaniness. We would gladly come back when in Puglia.

Praktisch eingerichtetes Apartment mit einigen netten Details. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Bemerkenswert ist vor allem auch die Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Küche ist vollständig einschließlich Nespresso-Maschine und Spülmaschine. Die Lage des Apartments im Zentrum der Altstadt ist fantastisch.

Die Treppe von der Eingangstür zu den Apartments ist sehr lang und steil. Zwar ist ein auch für Gäste benutzbarer Treppenlift vorhanden mit dem man allerdings viel Geduld braucht, da er langsam ist. Für gehbehinderte Personen sind die Apartments deshalb nur eingeschränkt geeignet.
