Posizione ottima. Centro storico di Monopoli. Fantastico il terrazzino dotato anche di cucina a induzione.

Excellent host,sweet Valeria.Very helpful and kind.The location is perfect,in the old town,many terraces,cafes,bars,shops,churches(and big Cathedral) arround...And very close of the sea shore.(good to walk ,but go to the beach or swim,too)

BEWARE OF THIS RENTAL. The ad is deceiving. It says there are two bathrooms, but in the fine print it says two bathrooms between two units. The stairs are incredibly steep, and there are three flights. The kitchen was not set up well at all. No napkins, dish cloths etc. No spare towels either, only for a charge. The parking is also a nightmare. I would not recommend this place at all. The only good thing about this air bnb was Valeria who came and checked us in. The bathroom and kitchen were very small.

The terrace was the highlight, and the location was great.

The main detraction was the signage posted everywhere about possible fines they could charge guests, the overcommunication about the waste sorting (15 minute into to trash on check in, long texts at 22:00 on Friday about how to sort the waste, signs everywhere). There was lots of sand on the floor when we arrived. Within the 3 days there, we didn’t have hot water on the first day and they asked us not to use the toilets for some time on the second day, and then never followed up on the outcome of either of these issues and were in general slow to respond. None of these things are that bad on their own, but the overall attitude and care taken toward guests was not hospitable and made for an unwelcoming experience, even though the staff we dealt with themselves were friendly.

The location was excellent, in the historical center and one minute walk to a wonderful beach.

The apartment was a bit small.
