Perfect location within an easy walk to the town centre, the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable to stay in.

Breakfast was not as we have expected to be. It should be stated that breakfast includes only sweets, snacks from supermarket.

“La Caseta do Maria” is so wonderful place to stay and amazing terrazza!!! we loved it so much, very beautiful and authentic! we’ve been enjoying the place and living in apartments very much and looking forward to come next time and stay there again!

Very nice location, easy to reach from the train station. Quite close to the center, like 10-15 minutes walk. Distance to the shops, 10-15 minutes walking. The apartment was clean. It has one bedroom and one open room were is the kitchen, the table and a sofa and a small balcony. The kitchen is equipped ok and there is also a coffee machine and refrigerator. The stairs for the entrance are small and a little steep, for someone older it is quite difficult to climb them. Has also wi-fi. Near the building are two shops with vegetables and fruits, it is also a very nice library on the street. The host was very helpful and kindly, helped us with every question we had, for them I would give 10 stars :)

The pillows were a bit worn and uncomfortable and some new bedding would be nice. In the shower there was a problem with the drain, but maybe also due to the fact that it was an old building.

Beautifully clean, simply but stylish apartment well situated for Monopoli town and beaches, close to railway station for trips out, no need for car Great roof terrace, photos don’t do it justice! Kind and helpful hosts available to help with any problems
