Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und dennoch ist man schnell im Zentrum. Der Bahnhof Niebüll ist schnell erreichbar was ideal ist für Ausflüge u.a. nach Sylt. Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Begrüßung. Es stand eine Flasche Wasser, frisches Obst, verschiedene Teesorten und ein wenig Naschi bereit. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern lief reibungslos und freundlich - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

Wohnung ist nah am Bahnhof. Ideal für Ausflüge nach Sylt oder Föhr und Amrum. Niebüll ist ebenfalls sehr hübsch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet .

Sehr sauber, super modern eingerichtet und sehr schöner Garten, sehr ruhig und trotzdem nah am Bahnhof in Niebüll. Schöner großer Spielplatz in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Leider war das Wetter nicht besonders gut, aber dafür kann die Wohnung ja nichts😅

Clean and bright. Kitchen well stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses etc. Welcoming hosts. Train station 10 minute walk away.

No clothes washing machine which was an issue for a 2 week family stay with a 10 year old boy. Unclear from the description that the property was situated within the hosts’ garden. This is not a criticism of the property, but it is useful to note that it is situated at the opposite side of the railway level crossing so leave an extra 10 minutes at least for your train departure in case the gates are against you.
