"Exceptional"

The apartment is huge! Amazing location, great view, and awesome amenities. 10-15 minute walk to the center and a nice beach is also nearby. Leonardo was also very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, huge and comfortable. Don’t forget to reed description about the rooms accessibility, there are some specific, non common rules.

When there is really warm weather you can use AC only in the kitchen.

"Exceptional"

The apartment is very large, it is on the 5th floor and has views of the sea, it is equipped with everything you need, it is clean. The location is very convenient, 10-15 minutes from the old center and the train station, 3 minutes from the market and a few minutes from the sea. It helps that Leonardo is fluent in English. It was a wonderful stay.

it's position: in a quiet part of Monopoli, close to a nice beach and to many good restaurants, a supermarket and lots of coffee bars.

- just one bathroom; - a single air conditioner (in the kitchen); - the bads (they made horrible noises, we moved eventualy the mattress and slept directly on the floor)
