"Superb"

The location is perfect on the cutest street with a gorgeous sea view. Communication with the host before and during was excellent.

The stairs are steep and narrow, this was not an issue for us but good to know for those less mobile.

Perfect pretty room by the beach with amasing view in one of the most beautiful small town in Puglia. Just perfect (:

It would be nice to put some light on the upper room's corridor, its a bit dangerous. I would not recommend upper rooms for older people because of many small steps..

The location is great.

However they charge you with a late check in fee which booking.com are not aware of. Nothing about this in confirmation and they told me the day before I arrived. They charged me 70 pounds on arrival for late check in. The booking does not tell you about additional expenses, so was a surprise. I paid reluctantly as I was lone female traveller. I got in touch with booking.com upon return. They haven’t refunded and refused to help.

"A great base from which to explore Monopoli and greater Puglia."

The layout was very functional. We loved the rooftop terrace. The apartment was immaculately kept. MT, our contact was thoughtful, responsive, and thorough.

The stairs are a challenge and not for anyone who is not fairly fit and has good balance. For most of us the effort is well worth the lovely place and the views.

"Best place I stayed in a vacation"

The view was awesome, and we had a great time. The location is perfect for some great sunrise pictures and also you can find some great places to eat and drinks around the property. Definitely, we will come back.

Everything was perfect. The only minus could be the stairs but at the end, you will stay on the 3rd floor in an old building with a superb view, but in the end it wasn't that bad.
