El departamento esta bien ubicado, tiene independencia, es cómodo con buena distribución y está alejado del ruido

El acceso, es un pasaje donde los vecinos no son responsables con sus mascotas y esta lleno de caca de perro, olores desagradable y poco aseado, a pesar de tener buena cocina no está bien equipada le faltan accesorios simples y básicos no hay un colador para hacer algo tan simple como unas pastas, apenas hay una olla y sin tapa.

all is good. really. alles gut. всё хорошо. sve dobro. this is the really thing what im except for. there's even more: nature, birds, cats, even uhu's and eidechsen. it's very suitable for lovers of nature and comfortable life. and this is the centre of city! amazing. really.

the one thing: white card is not available to get. or this is just my case, because i didnt ask for.

Nothing.

It was dirty, there were kitchen roaches in the house, found one alive in the bathroom, one alive and one dead in the bedroom. There were a lot of spider webs and spiders ranging from very small to 2 cm (legs included). There was a small faeces stain in the toilet bowl, there was hair in the shower, and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. No insect nets at the windows. There was a long courtyard coridor that led to the place, and i spotted some cat or dog poo, and it smelled. At might it was crawling with cockroaches (large brown and black ones, 3-5 cm, coming probably from the sewers). The host was ok, answered fast and gave good instructions on how to get there. We were tired from driving and in a hurry to see the city, and didn’t notice how bad it was until we came back from the city center. We couldn’t sleep or shower there, so we moved to a hotel nearby.

The location is perfect, the bed is very comfortable, the place is quiet and peaceful, the host is very friendly
