A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time-frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note the following key handover times: For stays of 2 to 6 nights: - Arrival at 14:00 -Departure at 12:00 (subject to availability) Reception opening hours: Daily from 08:00 to 20:00 24 hours a day in July and August Please note that these reception hours can be subject to change. Please contact the residence before arrival for more specific information. The free cleaning kit includes a double-faced sponge, 1 mop, 1 floor cloth, dishwasher tablets, multipurpose cleaner, washing-up liquid and a dishcloth. The free bed linen package includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase. Please note that any modification may incur a fee.
