The instructions for collecting the key are clear. The location for the key collection is near the hotel. Room is so clean. I chose this hotel because it provides a washing machine. It is easier for me to wash my clothes. The access to parking is also convenient.

For improvement, I would like to suggest providing curtains that can cover the whole window. This is because, during night, people could see what's inside the room through the window. Although the room is on the 13th floor, it would be more comfortable if curtains could cover the windows. The room is next to the elevator. So we could hear the sound of the moving elevator. It is not disturbing, actually.

Fairly well maintained unit with all the required amenities. Good view of city, not crowded or noisy. The security and other staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the apartment building is fairly closer to the Legoland park and I thought it is only walkable as shown in the Google maps however I still had to take a taxi to reach the apartment because the footpaths are not good and safe to walk especially during late evening. The key collection process was bit confusing as I was asked to go to a key collection center which is bit far from the actual point of stay. But the host was kind enough to deliver key to the apartment main gate upon request.

The place was very secured. Awesome facilities for guest. Great swiming pool.

A bit far from everything if you dont have a car. As a tourist, I had to get a Grab to get the keys and another one to go to the appartment. Same for the check-out. Ultimately its not that far but with a toddler, à baby and 3 luggages, you cant walk that distance.

Security of the unit

Smelly and dusty rooms, old furniture, uncomfortable bed. Host expects the guest to keep the unit clean, but hands it over in poor condition. No dish washing detergent provided, so the cleanliness of pots and dishes are questionable. In the toilets, the shower gel dispenser was broken. We found alternative accomodation for 2 nights out of 3 cos the place was uncomfortable. Overall really no value for money - best to stay in an actual hotel for the same price. Guests should also be prepared to be included in a WhatsApp group with 5 customer service agents, all asking the same questions, repeating them. Expect to submit photo of your passport/identity card via WhatsApp.
