Central 1-bedroom apartment (50sqm) - Duke

A comfy place with big terrace, spacious living room and comfortable bed in the bedroom. There are lots of cafes near the place. And it's only 5-7 minutes to the old city center.

Amazing apartment. It has everything you need. Great position and great host who took care of our needs!!

I liked everything

The check-in was efficient. The host was kind to let me leave my luggage before the check-in time and to inform me as soon as it had been cleaned and ready for check-in.

It was too noisy for me since the apartment looks at the two-way street. Additionally, as it was hot summer, there were considerable noise coming from the neighboring flat's air conditioner. The terrace, though large enough, was also too heated for me to enjoy sitting there since it was the last floor. The washing machine was ancient and was leaking all over. The sink in the kitchen was partly blocked. For all these issues, I moved to another apartment in one of quiet streets in the same neighborhood. I should have stayed 7 nights but ended there only for one.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. It was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there. The property is very close to the city center (7-8 minute casual walk to the main central square) and it has everything in the neighborhood- 24/7 shops, coffee restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. The host is very kind and helpful.
