Apartamento com a pintura suja, mal conservado, proprietário de difícil contato e telefone indicado para apoio não atende. Eletrodomésticos quebrados (forno elétrico e máquina de lavar), chuveiro elétrico queimado que demandou manutenção por minha conta para uso.

Forma de check-in, atendimento do anfitrião, localização/acesso, segurança, limpeza...

Colchão, alguns equipamentos da cozinha, percianas. Faltou deixar o quarto escurinho pra dormir.

There was a dog in an apartment across the hall that barked a lot every time we arrived and left the apartment.

The location is great, the staff in the building was very friendly. The washing machine is a great plus as well, and I am thankful for that. The apartment is cute, and the couch very comfortable. Overall, it has great potential.

The apartment was not very clean. Also, the host would not get back to me. He messaged me once to ask me how everything was, and ignored my previous questions. I was actually hesitant to give this review, because I just loved the location and the apartment has great potential. The phone to answer the front door was broken, so I could not communicate with the doorman. The sheets were ripped, some appliances were broken, the door handle was broken, the door handles and The sheets would not stay on the bed and the sheets smaller like they haven’t been washed. The glass in the shower was loose and felt over my kid. Thankfully he was able to hold and and he did not get hurt. The baseboards were very dirty, and the bathrooms did not smell clean. I sent the picture to the owner, and I hope he will make the necessary improvements.

Perfect location for my work trip. Great building and supportive staff. Close to shopping. Very convenient to Mercado.lots of space.

There was only a very small not-SMART TV. The linens were torn and the mattress was buckling. The coffee pot was leaky. We needed to buy lights bulbs. No dish drainer. There was a building destruction taking place across the street during my stay-very noisy.

Spacious, well furnished apartment. Comfortable living area with dining table. Large flat screen TV with local channels and also Netflix and YouTube. Separate kitchen with all the necessary amenities provided. Washing machine, fridge with freezer, cooker, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. En-suite bathroom with shower. separate toilet for guests. small balcony with comfortable seating. good WiFi connection throughout. private parking area included.
