Der Gebäudekomplex insgesamt wird umgebaut, die Lage ist in einem modernen Industriegebiet etwas weiter außerhalb

Aufgrund einer Baustelle war die Anfahrt etwas schwierig, aber das ist ja ein temporäres Problem. Wir hatten Glück, die Vermieterin war zufällig vor Ort und hat uns gleich den Schlüssel aus dem Schließfach geholt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, groß und geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist für unseren Geschmack etwas weich, aber durchaus sehr bequem, die Matratze hat eine gute Qualität. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, leider hat uns die Baustelle morgens geweckt. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus.

Bis auf die Baustelle und die ist ja temporär, gibt es nichts zu meckern

We hadden pech, de straten rondom waren opengebroken vanwege onderhoud.

Langgaande sloop- en bouwactiviteiten voor de deur, en nog MAANDEN aanhoudend. NIET tevoren gemeld ! hinderlijke GELUIDSOVERLAST nergens te verdisconteren, meer prijsreductie zou netjes zijn.

Locatie was 5 km buiten het centrum, heerlijk rustig en prima op de fiets te bereiken

It was roomy and modern. It was comfortable and the local supermarket and shopping centre were close by for a quick delicious breakfast and other meals.

There was no bottled water, coffee , tea or sugar for our arrival, something that we had experienced on our other stays. Also There weren’t any blockout blinds therefore our sleep was severely impacted by bright sky’s at night and early morning sunrises. Lack of presence of the landlord also meant we couldn’t ask for things that we needed. Our shower flooded and it was not addressed.

Once in the apartment it was fine. Unusual concrete loft like spaces. Very spacious. We had a balcony facing the woods opposite (thankfully) which was lovely to hear the early morning bird song. A little traffic but nothing noisy. Most of the time peaceful. Parking on site.

Area the apartments were in. It was an industrial area.
