Location was excellent.

Very nice accomodation.

Close to the shops

For what we payed we were expected to wash the sheets. And the washing machine already had wet items in it. Also the owner was ringing and texting that's not needed. And you shouldn't have to supply a copy of your license And the left over little soaps left on the bench in a jar is not a good idea.

The apartment is in a great location right behind IGA. it’s nice and spacious but lacked a bit of finesse in my opinion such as multiple wine and champagne glasses. I did break 1 so that didn’t help!

I felt like it could do with a deep clean despite it looking clean enough upon entry. There were a lot of rules almost to a point you feel unwelcome. we had to wash our own linen which is ridiculous.

Nicely maintained modern ground floor 3 bedroom apartment, with updated amenities. Short walk to the IGA Supermarket. Air-conditioning was great to deal with summer heat.

Let me preface my comments by saying I have had 2 booking.com accounts for over 10 years (business and private). I have never made or had a derogatory remark made about my numerous bookings. Unfortunately we had an extremely overbearing part owner (OPA)/ landlord...see previous booking.com reviews who have said the same thing.. One deeply troubling aspect of our stay was that just after arriving, OPA arrived suddenly/unannounced in the kitchen, without knocking, and demanded copies of all persons driving licences. On our refusal he cited that it was a police requirement. He then threatened us with eviction. I then went to the local police station (only 2 blocks away) who said that it was not their requirement and if he tried to evict us to call them. We then read previous booking.com reviews which also pointed out the OPA's intruisive nature. As a result the 3 female members of our party felt threatened during their stay. We were subjected to constant intrusive texts and emails by the OPA during our stay...have kept them all as some are laughable. BEWARE.

The property exceeded our expectations. The host was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable.
