If you’ve ever wanted your vacation to include a suspense-filled “whodunit” about a missing bedsheet, this property is your dream come true! Here’s how our baffling experience unfolded. Act 1: The Bedsheet Heist (Spoiler: There Was No Heist) The story begins after we checked out, when the host contacted us to claim that one of their bedsheets was “missing.” We were baffled—we’d already put the bedsheet into the washing machine. But no, the host insisted, and instead of properly investigating, they forced us to return to the property to “solve” the mystery. We sacrificed our Sunday, drove 30 minutes back, and solved it with the simplest detective work: i) Take all the washed bedsheets out. ii）Count. Guess what? The 'missing' bedsheet was never missing—just miscounted! The cleaner apologized, but the host didn’t—just handed us RM15 for gas, like that solved anything. Honestly, the whole ordeal felt less like hospitality and more like hostility. Act 2: The “Building Policy” Interrogation Before check-in, citing 'building policy,' the host asked invasive informations. Protocol? Maybe. But it felt more like an interrogation than hospitality. Act 3: The Rules That Weren’t There We followed the House Rules but were still questioned about using items. Next time, should I bring my own bedsheets and washing machine? Final Thoughts: A Comedy of Errors (Without the Comedy) From false alarms to unnecessary grilling, this stay was pure frustration. And the host’s lack of professionalism, respect, and genuine apology only made it worse. If you value your time, sanity, or even a semblance of customer service, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Unless, of course, solving absurd mysteries is your idea of a good time. Booking.com, I sincerely hope you take action to prevent other guests from becoming unwitting stars in the sequel to The Great Disappearing Bedsheet Saga.

Clean , and easy communication and easy access to key card and the service from the building staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful security.

It’s actually more expensive than other units in the area and in the same building, can find cheaper one. it’s quite a small unit, It’s for short stay. No filter water so we had to go out searching for shop to get water. For that price could have provide at least 4 bottles of water. Required us guests to do a lot of things including clearing our own rubbish into outside bins before leaving. Coz the host asked for deposit. Feels stressful.

The host is very kind and provided check in details and information early. The host is also very responsive and reply to messages very fast. The unit which we booked is very clean and there are very nice view from the balcony and master bedroom.

The location might be a bit out of place if you do not drive. About 10mins walk from the apartment there are many restaurants and shops at the Puteri Harbour Mall.

I like the view. The location was good. The apartment was nice, clean and spacious.
