The room was clean and comfortable and the customer service was really nice and answered my questions promptly. Facilities were great and we could watch youtube and netflix from the tv.

We have to collect the key card at another building that was around 10min drive from the residence. This wasted a lot of our time and money when we grab from this place to another just to collect and return the key card. Toiletries were also not provided even though it mentioned that they would, we had to buy them outside of the place instead... There also isnt many food or malls nearby to explore.

"Value for money if only they provide water. Else, rose cottage which is nearby is more worth it."

The customer service which is tip top! even better than any homestay I've been. House is clean. Sofa is awesome I must say! I'm in love with the sofa.

Collection of key wasn't 3 mins away. It's truly an inconvenient location. Carpark is very dark. No water dispenser. Very disappointing. No extra mattress or pillows.
