The place was generally clean and certainly acceptable even for someone who is fussy about cleanliness. Bedsheets, pillows, comforter and towels are clean with no stains or smell. Fridge, electric kettle and microwave are clean and usable from the go. Master bedroom with 2x double beds is good for those with younger children so the whole family can sleep together, useful when kids are in unfamiliar place and had difficulty sleeping. Netflix was a nice touch when the family unwind at night and can continue to catch up on series that we are watching back home. Service balcony was useful too for us to air our clothes after we had rinse them. Clothes dried by the time we head home. No issues getting Grabcar(6seaters) from the location during daytime, but we had a little adventure when trying to head back from Mall of Medini around 9pm as there's no drivers taking our request although we eventually found someone who helped us to get back safely. But during daytime no issues at all and the cost is very affordable compared to the rates in SG. Do take note, as we had a little difficulty selecting the right location, and found that the best way was to use manual selection and choose the pickup point where the security counter is based. Grab food works too as we ordered breakfast given there's not much choices at the location, but as shared above, do manual selection of the location by choosing the dropoff point besides the security location to avoid any issues with wrong delivery location.

Couldn't get reply on clarification for early check-in/late checkout when using the msging function in the Booking.com app despite multiple tries over a week, until I had to contact the customer service at Booking.com Probably the staff is not manning the msging function in the app. However over WhatsApp subsequently, response was general fast and helpful. So advice is to ping Booking.com support if you can't get a response from them. It's a little far from Legoland, distance wise it is walkable about a 15 mins walk but the issue is that the roadside pavement leading towards Legoland is infested with red ants and make walking along it quite a nightmare plus it's quite deserted so I'm not sure how safe to walk back when it's dark. We never tried that out once we figured out that Grabcar works. The WiFi signal is a little weak so it drops intermittently in the master bedroom... But that's an issue that is common for all routers... Just keeping the bedroom door open with a gap and it worked better. There's only one supermarket at the location but it isn't the most well stocked. I'm not sure if it's a new startup or what, but the aircon didn't seem to work and the chillers aren't really working.. Lol.. I recommend that you grab stuff that you need from where you were before heading back to the apartment in the evening just to be safe. Use the supermarket for emergency supplies only, eg. Mineral water or something. There's a cafe/restaurant at the dropoff point but we never get to try it as it closes early. Other than the supermarket and the cafe, there's no other shops that we can see are open. So this location is purely for accomodations only and nothing else. If you drive, then it's not an issue but for those not driving, do make plans for your meals and getting supplies like snacks or drinks.
