The apartment is clean and spacious. I really love tbe Bed, firm and comfortable. The sofa is also big and able to roll around on it.

Will prefer is theres hooks around the bedroom to hang hangers and clothes. Hooks in the toilet to hang clothes and towels. Hope there is a dressing table in the bedroom to put some stuff too. A box of facial tissues in the living room will be nice.

1. aircond in the living hall is not cooling enough, we left it switched-on until next morning still not cold. The aircond need repair/maintenance 2. Fridge (chiller part) not working. Freezer part is working. The fridge need repair/maintenance 3. Water heater (both bathroom) not functioning and might posed a risk to my family! 4. please throw the drying rack away, it is really in awful state. can replace with another type (perhaps a drying rail)
