レゴランドからは比較的近い。1階に24時間営業のスーパーがある。

部屋のカードキーとリフトのカードキーの説明もなく、とても分かりづらかった。部屋のカードキーで一瞬出てしまい、上に上がってくれなくて大変だった。部屋の施設も悪く、洗面台の水道が下から水漏れしていて使えなかった。シャンプーもハンドタオルもなく、何かと不便を感じた。意味もなく食器が並べられており、あまり清潔感を感じられなかった。
