NLDecently sized apartment in a very quiet environment. Kitchen had more than what we needed in terms of appliances and cutlery. The owner's dog walks around the property, but is very friendly. As a dog owner myself, I enjoyed giving this happy guy some belly rubs. We had access to a very large garden, was great to have our dog walk around. Great location nearby Nordhorn, but very rural and quiet. We visited the Nordhorn zoo. I really enjoyed the honey that the owner's sells, tastes way better than the supermarket honey for a very decent price. We didn't talk much to the owner's, but they seemed very nice and speak English very well.
We had bad 4G/5G at this location. Wifi worked great, but the network is unprotected. The bed was a bit too hard for us, and the pillows too thin. We were not able to get the cable TV working, the receiver did not want to start. When we asked the owner, he told us he didn't know how it works and suggested us to try again. The TV has an Amazon Fire stick, but you can't really use it without your own Amazon account. We tried to login into our own Netflix account, but that also didn't work as the TV is not supported. We ended up watching some YouTube. As others have also noticed, the owner's get up quite early (around 7AM). As the apartment is attached to their house, you will hear some noises coming from them. It didn't bother us that much.

The holiday property was very good and without fault
GBRural, spacious and comfortable plus with a garden with country views. Screens on windows meant we could open without insects coming in. Wine available and extras.
Nothing. It was difficult to find the entrance to the property though.
