Nothing., but disappointed

The service was just average. Couch is dirty, was smelly when I tried to sleep there. Not clean. No microwave, it's not expensive to have a microwave. Talk of utensils and facilities, it's bad. Two mugs which you had to clean each time you want to use a cup. Water glass,only one. No wooden spoon No pots to cook. Pans are rusted. Could not use them for cooking. Had to buy own cooking utensils. The worst was the smelly bathroom due to a leaking hotwater system. The wooden cover to the hotwater in the bathroom roof is rotting. The leaking water is very clear to see the signs of rotting wood. Sliding doors dirty. When I reported the bad smell, someone came to clean the drainage, which was so dirty. I had to ask them to use disinfectant chemicals because it was terrible dirty. We had to buy our own disinfection so we could use the bathroom shower. We could not risk it. The LED light in the shower is damaged and not repaired. Dirty walls clearing the unit need deep cleaning. I was disappointed by the reviews, which showed the unit was clean. One wonders if these reviews are by friends or relatives because the opposite is true. The door had to be manually locked. Otherwise, it doesn't offer safety when you just close it. Small things that don't need much money but just a professional approach to understand people are paying money to enjoy themselves. It's like we owe the owners something when it's simply business. Would not recommend my friends and family. Rather, stay somewhere else. All I wanted was a break from eating out. Sent videos of the leaks to the agent. Steaming hotwater making noise in the bathroom. It shows there is no exhaust mechanism and the system is too hot. Temperature settings were too high, hence the exhausting of the steam throughout the time.

Give the instructions how to checkin and checkout, and always give a reminder

I dont know whether the owner knew that or not. But once I have checked in, there was some trash that wasn't thrown away and dishes that weren't washed in the sink. I helped to clean all that. One more thing is, the towels that are provided like towels that have been used. So I did use my own towel. Hopefully the owner will alert these kind of things in the future
