The apartment has potential, but it needs better maintenance and more thorough cleaning. Some repairs appear unfinished. Overall, the property feels somewhat neglected. Cleaning also seemed to be only superficial. Behind a bathroom shelf we found a dead cockroach and an old sock, which suggests that certain areas are rarely moved or cleaned. The electric kettle was greasy, and the kitchen cabinets had visible fingerprints and marks on them. Not all windows have mosquito screens, which resulted in quite a few mosquitoes inside the apartment. The towels were clean but very old and heavily worn from repeated washing. A small hospitality touch such as complimentary coffee and tea would also make the stay more comfortable, especially for guests arriving late or wanting a quick morning coffee without having to go out immediately. Overall, the apartment was functional, but it would benefit from better upkeep, deeper cleaning, and a few guest-friendly improvements.

Odlicna lokacija u samom centru, domacini susretljivi, mogucnost privatnog parkinga uz nadoplatu.

Es un apartamento coqueto y muy bien situado.

Faltan detalles en la limpieza y en la casa, aire acondicionado que desagua en un lavabo, gominolas en la alfombra, muchos mosquitos, si bien es cierto que en varias ventanas hay mosquiteras pero no en las claraboyas, camas y almohadas incómodas, la ducha se sale el agua hasta la puerta cuando te duchas y no hay fregona y, para nosotros lo peor, ni persianas ni cortinas que taparan la luz, a las 4'30h de la mañana despiertos...

Smjestaj odlican. Lokacija savrsena , na par koraka od samog centra. Vlasnica Maja super draga, susretljiva. Smjestaj nudi i parking koji se trazi na zahtjev ( parking se placa ali nije na cesti i nije javno placanje, vec je pod kljucem).

Smještaj je na idealnoj lokaciji, apartman ima sve sto je potrebno,komforan je i uredan. Lako ga je bilo pronaći,a domaćini su jako ljubazni. Vjerujem da ćemo ga opet posjetiti.

Možda bi samo sljedeći put izabrala drugu jedinicu sa balkonom.
