The mattress was far to soft to sleep.

It is a nice modern studio in a relatively new building. If the below concerns are addressed I would give it a high rating. Otherwise it is ok for a short stay.

The sofa is extremely uncomfortable to sit on. I felt pain in my body after just 30 minutes on it. There is no closet, so you will have to hang all your clothes on the hook next to the front door. The way it’s furnished gave me feeling of a student dorm. The description of the property mislead me to believe that I will be able to park in the underground parking garage which building has. Instead I had to park in a gated open parking lot behind a different building a few minutes away, which is not a big deal unless you have to carry heavy suitcases.

I had a great stay at the apartment in the city center. The apartment and building were in excellent condition and perfectly located.

Overall, everything was good, but there were a couple of issues. The kettle wasn’t usable because not clean and the electric stove didn't work. Despite these issues, I really liked the apartment because of its location and its overall quality. I hope they can fix these things for the next guests.

The place is very close to the center, it's maximum a 10 minutes walk, and you get a free parking spot, and as I saw it is a must have in the area. The interior's design is very nice, the blue tiles on the wall are in harmony with the blue fridge. The room's windows look on the building's yard, which is not very nice, but in return the room is very quiet, superb for sleeping.
