"Passable"

It was clean, the kitchen has basic supplies, internet is sufficient.

The only way to get home is by car. Since the house is on a hill, transportation is a bit problematic. There was no snow in our time, but when it snowed, it would be very dangerous to drive home. There is also a barn next to the house.
