+ we got spacious flat on ground floor + very clean + very warm welcome with heated fire place + separate, quiet sleeping room + fully equipped kitchen + fast stable WiFi/WLAN + free parking + large garden area + very pet friendly (free of charge for our dogs)

- noisy from road traffic )only in living room) - landlord didn't speak English (but we could manage all required conversation without problems)
