Appartement is lekker knus en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht vanaf de 11e etage is adembenemend. Appartement is schoon en niet ver van het centrum gelegen. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid onderaan complex.

Appartementen complex ziet er vervallen uit, zo ook de lift die bijna uit de stenen tijdperk komt en een gebruiksaanwijzing heeft. Het is erg gehorig gedurende nacht veel rumoer en honden horen blaffen, de gehele nacht. Ook de tochtende voordeur hield ons uit ons slaap. De douche is niet stabiel, kwam veelal lauw water uit de kraan. Niet alle basis keukengerei aanwezig om te kunnen kokkerellen. Gezien de prijs/kwaliteit vind ik dat de basis op zn minst in orde moet zijn.
