"There is room for improvement"

It's a huge place with lots of space and a nice bathtub. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Parking is fairly easy to find.

Wasn't really clean like dirty dishes in the dish washer, food crumps in the fridge and counter tops, dirt in the bathtub and the floor sticky in some areas. Pots and pans were dirty as well. Some of the furniture is quite run down for the price per night as well as the kitchen stuff (plates, pots/pans) is old.

well equipped clean apartment, it has all you need for comfortable accommodation. we had a good time there.

it was quite cold inside when we’re arrived, but after we turned on the heating in couple of hours it has become comfortable.

It was very clean. I could charge my car.

It was cold as ice when we arrived. We had to turn on the radiators ourselves. Even that wasn’t enough to heat the rooms. When we woke up in the morning it was still cold. Furthermore, the advertised price is not right. You have to pay about €65 in addition, which was a bad surprise.
