Stunning view, perfect retreat,everything you needed and more,well thought out space, although a studio did not feel small. Easy parking and private access.The host went over and above. We will certainly be back.Great place to kayak.

"Great spot, great view, great stay, property as promised..."

Great location with a view overlooking Mutohoa Sound and Matakana Island with a NW exposure. Great little outdoor table under a big umbrella for al fresco dining. MOST EXCELLENT small, clean gas grill provided for your private use (for us Americans, this is a deal maker!). The room is small, as promised. The ceiling is limited (6'2" max), as promised. It includes a fully usable mini kitchen and nice bathroom. The bed is comfortable but a double, as promised. The challenge with the location is not the fault of the owner. It takes a while to escape Omokoroa Beach due to the unbridled growth of the area and the massive construction both on Omokoroa Road and SH2 in this area. And there are very close dining and grocery shopping opportunities. So hurry and book and enjoy this great NZ space and experience before it is swallowed up in a sea of new homes. Would stay again and Paula is a joy to stay with.

Thought the property was of poor quality and mis advertised for the price paid

Very small. Old furnishings and needed a spruce up to make it fit for purpose.
