Location was perfect to relax and enjoy the peaceful nature. We appreciated that all needs were in the village so didn't have to travel in horrid traffic of big city. Nice to have some breakfast provided Hosts were helpful and friendly, while leaving us to ourselves Would certainly stay again if over that way again, and recommend to anyone planning a trip in the area

"Great option in Omokoroa"

What a lovely property and great hosts. Can't recommend it enough. Had everything we needed and the extra touches, providing a loaf of bread some butter and milk wasn't expected but definitely appreciated. Access was easy and seamless, very private with great views from the outdoor seating which was sheltered.

Everything was good about the property! Had great facilities and super comfortable. Location was fab to explore the Bay of Plenty area too! Loved the views from the apartment out towards the Mount. Very cute doggy visitors.

Smallish kitchen but had everything we needed!

Only a few minor things like the quality of coffee, and no toilet fresheners, or anywhere to hang laundry.

"Must stay a home away from home."

Everything! The photos don't do this beautiful home justice. Our expectations were exceeded. Booking and communication easy and excellent. Clean, homely, comfortable, relaxing and the most beautiful open yard with great views. Every morning we sat at the outdoor dining table taking in our surroundings.

Our only feedback was the sleeping pillows, which Kymberley addressed straight away. Everything else was 10/10!
