Vida Pura Apartments

Wer Einsamkeit und Ruhe sucht, kann sie in VidaPura finden. Das renovierte Gebäude besteht zurzeit aus 3 Apartments. Demnächst sollen 4 Gästezimmer dazu kommen. Das „Recycle“-Appartement ist mit viel Liebe zu Details und originell ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Bett ist bequem. Das „Schlafsofa“ im Wohnzimmer ist eine steinharte, 80cm breite Bank, deren Sitzpolster man mit einem Leintuch beziehen kann. Die Küche ist basic, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Draußen baumeln Hängematten und wartet ein malerischer Naturteich auf Schwimmer. Bei der Anfahrt auf keinen Fall GoogleMaps folgen, sondern den Anweisungen von Robin und Bela, den netten Gastgebern. 20 Auto-Minuten entfernt erreicht man den großartigen Surfer-Strand von Odeceixe, dort gibt es auch gute Cafes, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Ca. 2 km der Anfahrt nach VidaPura ist eine enge, zum Teil steile Staubstraße, mit einer schmalen, ungesicherten Brücke am Anfang. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit wollten wir die mit einem Mietwagen nicht fahren. Die Spuren eines Feuers 2023 sind in der Umgebung nicht zu übersehen. Die Landschaft ist karg, besonders wohl im Herbst. Als Folge des Brandes ist der Betrieb aktuell auf „40 Prozent“ ist eingeschränkt, - eine Information (siehe Foto) dazu liegt im Zimmer (ist aber nicht im Netz). Also keine obligatorischen Yoga-Kurse und kein Frühstück. Außer einer Schaukel gibt für Kinder nichts, Tiere haben wir (außer einem Hund und einer Katze) keine gesehen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, außergewöhnliche Lage. Robin und sein Team sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Das Bett ist ein Traum, alles ist mega sauber. Wir haben uns einfach rundum wohlgefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für alles :)

The apartment was lovely with every detail thought about. The amazing mosaic work was a joy, the kitchen had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the provided condiments, good supply of toilet rolls and a first aid kit. The natural eco pool was wonderful.

The 4 kilometre off-road drive. Although, to be fair, it was fun to drive, and as we discovered, these roads are very common.

Wonderful place, the apartment was gorgeous and our kids absolutely loved sleeping on the mezzanine. The natural pool was fantastic and full of little frogs and lily pads. Owls hooting and crickets chirping at night, beautiful starlit skies. The whole place is a little oasis - would highly recommend.

Loved the biologic pond. The quietness and proximity to Odeceixes at the same time. Great get away.

Amazing location, feels like you are inland in the mountains but still only 10mins away from one of the best beaches in portugal. The apartments are really quirky and very well equipped, fresh coffee, bottle of wine on arrival etc.

It's a 3.5km dirt track to the apartment, we had a fiat 500 which was fine but others might prefer an SUV.

Perfect accommodation, top location, great people, great facility - price/performance ratio should be a 12. 5 Minutes by car to different bars and restaurants, 10 minutes to the beach. We had a wonderful stay at Vida Pura. Strong recommendation for everybody. Warm regards to Bela and Robin.
