Please inform Marina Di Fautea in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent linen and towels onsite for the following extra charges: Bed linen: EUR 10 per person Towels: EUR 5 per person. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price. Guests can choose to clean the property themselves before check-out or to pay a cleaning fee ranging from EUR 45 to EUR 100, according to the property type. Please note that baby cots suitable for children aged 2 or younger are available for an extra charge of EUR 10 per week.
